RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Tonic Wellness, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Returns
• You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• If you’d like to exchange for a different size or colour, simply return your item as above and place a new order. This ensures the item you want is in stock.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
• If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at gabby@tonicwellness.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We’ll organise a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

• We ship Australia-wide using standard tracked delivery.
• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery (1–3 business days to most metro areas).
Shipping Rates
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
• Orders over $120 AUD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.
International Shipping
