Hi, I’m Gabby — founder of Tonic Wellness.
After years working in the wellness space, one thing became clear: most people genuinely want to look after their wellbeing — they’re just busy. Workdays are full, calendars are packed, and even the best intentions get pushed aside. That realisation is what led me to create Tonic Wellness.
Why Tonic Wellness Exists
Tonic Wellness was created to make workplace wellbeing simpler, more human, and easier to integrate into the rhythm of work. Instead of expecting people to find more time outside of work, we bring wellbeing into the places where people already spend much of their day. That might look like movement sessions, educational workshops, wellbeing initiatives, health checks, or experiences designed to help teams pause, reset, and reconnect.
Our Approach
We partner with organisations to create wellbeing experiences that feel natural within the workplace. Sometimes that’s a regular program that becomes part of the week. Sometimes it’s a single initiative that helps shift the energy of a team. What matters most is that it works for the people in that environment. Our facilitators are thoughtful practitioners who care deeply about creating welcoming, supportive spaces.

Just meaningful moments that help people feel more energised, focused, and connected during the workday.
