Hey, I’m Gabby — founder of Tonic Wellness, certified clinical Pilates instructor, and longtime lover of all things movement and mindset.

 

I’ve been in the wellness world since 2009, and one thing has always stuck with me: most people want to feel better, move more, and look after their mental health — they’re just busy. Like, really busy. That’s why I started Tonic Wellness: to bring feel-good movement right to where people already are — at work. Because when you make it easy, people actually show up.

 

Tonic is all about helping teams shake off stress, recharge during the day, and feel more human in between all the meetings, emails and screen time. We make movement doable, enjoyable, and totally office-friendly — with Pilates, yoga, functional fitness, and mindfulness sessions that slot right into the workday (and don’t make anyone feel silly for touching their toes).

 

Our team is small but mighty — a group of passionate, experienced instructors who are not only great at what they do, but genuinely care about creating a welcoming space. We’re here to guide, not intimidate. No fitness jargon. No pressure. Just good people helping other good people feel more energised, present, and connected.

 

We’ve seen firsthand how a little movement can do a lot — for mood, focus, team culture and the whole vibe of a workplace. We’re here to help your team feel their best, so they can do their best (and maybe even enjoy it along the way).
